What Youll Do
* Handle structured follow-up and support calls with prospective customers.
* Represent a premium automotive brand professionally, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
* Address customer concerns, especially regarding pricing and product options.
* Record and summarize key insights from interactions to support sales teams.
* Maintain continuity by managing follow-up and offer-related calls with the same customers.
* Ensure all customer communications reflect the brands premium standards.
Who You Are
* Fluent in Dutch and English.
* High school diploma minimum; degree in business, communications, or automotive studies is a plus.
* Experience in customer service or sales, ideally in automotive or luxury sectors.
* Strong communicator, confident with high-end or executive clients.
* Passionate about the automotive industry and premium products.
* Professional, structured, and discreet, especially when handling sensitive topics.
* Comfortable working with scripted calls and submitting clear post-call reports.
