We're currently looking for a Pricing & Revenue management specialist to join our Spain Marketing Team and help drive our next wave of growth.
Role Purpose The Pricing & Revenue management specialist is responsible for shaping, executing, and monitoring pricing actions that drive commercial performance.
He is responsible over key insights generation for the revenue management team and has ownership over pricing strategy optimization to maximize revenues for the company.
This role ensures alignment among Sales, CRM, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders by delivering data-driven commercial actions.
Key Responsibilities Revenue management Pricing & promo strategy definition: define, plan and execute promotional plans, including coordination with key stakeholders (CRM, IT, stores...)
Pricing execution control in store: leading and deploying a continuous store systems evolution to always ensure full control on pricing, promo, discount execution in store. Solve ad-hoc requests (store support, system tickets).
Responsibility overcompetition monitoring and reacting
Ownership over pricing & revenue management related projects, including continuous improvement of revenue management processes
Forecasting & budget preparation: Prepare forecasts, align with key stakeholders (Finance, Sales) and support budget and forecasting meetings
Business intelligence Collect and analyze data from various sources, including sales data, financial data, customer feedback, and market research
Responsibility over key insights generation: provide solid and impactful analysis, to answer any business questions and define actionable insights
Develop and improve tools and reports enabling them to build strategies, based on better understanding of the performance
Deliver insights to leadership for decision-making
Skills & Requirements Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, etc.).
1 to 3 years of experience in a role with strong analytical component
High analytical and execution skills
Data lover with excellent Excel and SQL/ Tableau skills
High energy level and sense of ownership
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams (IT, Sales, Finance, Marketing)
