Production Planner Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Production Planner to coordinate and audit production planning and material scheduling, ensuring cost-effective operations that meet business requirements. Your role will involve:
1. Managing ongoing Mill Production plans to support sales and production capabilities.
2. Overseeing material ordering and scheduling for the Mill and external manufacturing sites, including raw materials and packaging.
3. Leading stock capacity and management for key materials.
4. Participating in system development projects to optimize resource utilization and information accuracy.
5. Maintaining internal control systems in line with Kimberly-Clark standards.
6. Collaborating with stakeholders across Mill, region, and sector to align operational, logistic, and business planning.
7. Resolving production planning issues arising from sales forecast variations or unplanned disruptions.
8. Supporting system and procedural improvements for monitoring material usage.

Qualifications:
* Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
* Ability to operate under pressure in dynamic environments.
* Strong analytical and Excel skills; SAP knowledge is a plus.
* Experience in detailed production scheduling and supply chain management.
