Role
We are currently looking for a person who can join the Business Development team to perform the following functions:
* Provide administrative support in the business development department, including managing agendas and meetings
* Collaborate in monitoring the business plan between the different departments: execution of the different actions and promotions.
* Database management in CRM at the data level, management of offers and marketing campaigns.
* Support in the organization of events and presence of the firm at conferences, events and fairs
* Support in campaigns with clients and use of Adobe Market
* Support in the preparation of documentation for presentation at awards
* Support in layout of Word and Power Point documents of offers or projects
* Support in carrying out market studies
* 2-4 years of experience in a position with similar responsibilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word and Power Point
* High level of English (equivalence to C1)
