1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicantsGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.A multinational company is seeking a Workday HCM Functional Analyst to join its central HR Technology function.As part of a growing HR digitalisation programme, you’ll support both the post-implementation Workday environment and the evolution of global HR processes across multiple countries.This role will support new module implementations, ongoing system enhancements, and operational excellence initiatives across the employee lifecycle.You’ll partner with regional HR teams, technical stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure the platform evolves in line with business needs, with a strong focus on process improvement, optimisation, and user enablement.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and maintain Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Talent, Absence, Recruiting, Compensation, and LearningAct as a subject matter expert in Workday projects, supporting configuration, validation, testing, and go-live activitiesConvert business requirements into scalable Workday solutions, championing system enhancements and process automationProvide functional support to global users resolving issues, supporting data loads, reporting requests, and integration handoffsContribute to the design of global HR process maps, SOPs, and user documentationOwn user access management and role permissions within the platformDevelop testing plans, scripts, and perform validation on new configurations and release updatesSupport global rollouts of new functionality and modules in coordination with local HR and COE teamsActively contribute to the creation and maintenance of a global HR knowledge base, user guides, and change communicationsYour Profile4–6+ years’ experience working with Workday HCM or a comparable HCM platform (e.G. SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Cloud HCM)Hands-on experience across multiple Workday modules, ideally including Recruiting, Talent, Absence, Comp, and Core HCMStrong understanding of business process configuration, security roles, and report buildingExperience supporting HR operations or digital transformation projects in a global or multi-site businessComfortable gathering functional requirements, documenting use cases, and translating them into system logicPrior exposure to hospitality, travel, or service industries is a plus, but not essentialConfident working in both Spanish and English;
other European languages (e.G.
