We are looking for a Power Validation & Certification Engineer to join our technology team, supporting the validation, commissioning, and certification of advanced power conversion systems for renewable energy and energy storage applications.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of hardware, embedded software, and grid integration to ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance, safety, and compliance.
Define and execute validation strategies, test plans, procedures, and acceptance criteria for prototypes and series products.
Perform commissioning and validation of power converters and control systems in laboratory, factory, and field environments.
Analyse logs, signals, and performance data, generating structured technical reports to support engineering, quality, and certification teams.
Manage full test traceability, from requirement specification through final validation reporting.
Develop and automate laboratory test benches, including HIL systems and advanced measurement instrumentation.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (minimum requirement).
Professional experience in the validation of electronic products and/or embedded systems.
Strong knowledge of power electronics converters, electrical system design, and control strategies.
Hands-on experience with laboratory instrumentation (oscilloscopes, network analysers, multimeters, temperature recorders, etc.).
