We are searching for a Influencer Marketing Executive who is highly creative and motivated to join our team. This person will be responsible for managing and executing influencer marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience. You must be able to identify, negotiate, and collaborate with relevant influencers to generate authentic content aligned with our brand values and the positive impact we aim to create.
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies for health and wellness campaigns.
Identify and select key influencers on platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, ensuring their alignment with our brands' values and objectives.
Manage influencer relationships: from initial contact and negotiation of terms to overseeing content creation.
Coordinate campaign execution, ensuring timely content delivery, quality, and consistency with brand strategy.
Analyze influencer campaign performance and provide detailed reports on KPIs, ROI, and audience analytics.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in influencer marketing, social media, and the women's health industry.
Work collaboratively with creative, content, paid media, and digital strategy teams to maximize the impact of campaigns.
University degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields.
A marketing professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in health, wellness, or beauty-related sectors.
Knowledge of women's health and/or wellness trends.
Deep knowledge of social platforms and how to optimize the performance of influencer campaigns.
Communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
Proactive, creative attitude, and passion for digital marketing and the women's health sector.
Knowledge of influencer campaign management and analytics tools.
