As a SeniorBiostatistician Consultant, you will join the department of HEMA (Health Economics & Market Access- ).

Your Responsibilities You will join the team as Senior Biostatistician Consultant : Act as a lead analyst on projects including ITC, Network Meta-Analysis, clinical trial data analysis, Real World Evidence studies.
In that role : Interact with the client to have a good understanding of their need Identify optimal methodological solutions to address the need Lead the implementation of the corresponding solution, supported by statistical analysts, and development of high-quality deliverables Lead client meetings Act as a project manager on projects including ITC, NMA, RWE, and analyses of clinical trials : Act as the main point of contact to the client Coordinate the work of team members internally Represent company expertise in capabilities, presentations, conferences, and external events, and contribute to the preparationof proposals Providing management and technical support to other team members within the department Coach junior team members (guidance on methodological expertise, soft skills, and professional development.
Responsibilities Responsible for delivering on a cluster of projects within the Statistics delivery (RWE, evidence synthesis, biostatistics) Acts as a Project Manager, Lead Analyst and / or technical advisor on projects within your specialty Operational Excellence Accountable for quality checking that the staffing on projects within your cluster is optimal Safeguard for quality of deliverables within your cluster–set standards of excellence and transmitknow - how to project teams and delivery managers under your supervision.
Business Development support Supporting development of project extensions or the proactive creation of opportunities with existing clients to strengthen partnerships with key accounts Supporting the development of proposals within area of expertise Your Qualifications Advanced degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Epidemiology ( minimum MS degree or equivalent) 4 years of relevant working experience in Statistics and / or RWE Proficiency in R or SAS programming Working with cross-functional teams (stats / HE / market access / other) Strong knowledge of statistical methods for clinical trial data analyses, RWE and / or NMA.
