Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Support the Group Head of Marketing in defining and executing the global marketing strategy
- Coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple international markets
- Translate business objectives into scalable marketing initiatives
- Drive alignment between marketing, product, data, and commercial teams
Partnerships & Business Development
- Identify and build strategic partnerships with affiliates, platforms, fintech ecosystems, and media partners
- Negotiate commercial marketing agreements and collaboration models
- Develop co-marketing initiatives with external partners
- Expand marketing channels through partnerships
Performance Marketing Oversight
- Supervise and optimize performance marketing channels including paid media, affiliates, SEO/SEM, and app marketingEnsure efficient customer acquisition strategies and CAC optimization
- Collaborate with analytics teams to improve marketing attribution and ROI
Brand & Communication
- Support global brand strategy and positioning
- Oversee brand consistency across markets and channels
- Coordinate with PR and communications teams on brand visibility initiatives
Marketing Operations & Team Leadership
- Help manage and mentor international marketing teams
- Implement scalable marketing processes and frameworks
- Support marketing budget planning and resource allocation
- Drive cross-department collaboration
Data & Growth
- Work closely with BI and product teams to leverage data for marketing optimization
- Identify growth opportunities through experimentation and testing
- Build frameworks for marketing performance tracking

- 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or commercial roles
- Experience working in international companies or multi-market environments
- Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and negotiate agreements
