In the Personnel Administration Department, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist whose main responsibilities will include:
Payroll calculation and review, including all related incidences.
Management of employee registrations, terminations, and changes in Social Security (SILTRA).
Processing sick leave (IT), workplace accidents, and general labor documentation.
Employee data administration and attendance control.
Preparation of reports and reporting using advanced Excel.
Use of Epsilon Castilla payroll software and data tools such as QlikView.
Support in audits and process improvement initiatives.
Education in Labor Relations, HR, Business Administration, or similar.
At least 5–7 years of experience in payroll and labor administration.
Advanced Excel skills (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of Social Security regulations, SILTRA, sick leave (IT), and workplace accidents (AT).
Experience with Epsilon Castilla and data analysis tools (QlikView) or other similar tools
Advanced English level (mandatory).
