The role of the Retail Planning & Performance Senior Analyst is to support the Manager in delivering reliable business insights by providing the Leadership team with recurring and ad-hoc data analysis and reports.This candidate should be familiar with the Retail sales organization, initiatives, and data to report performance in a structured manner and develop analytical models to facilitate decision-making.The P&P Senior Analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders within and outside the team to ensure effective delivery.Main Responsibilities
Act as a sparring partner for the Retail P&P Manager and Retail Senior Management.Establish and own accurate reporting processes to track performance across different management levels.Lead projects impacting the Retail sales teams, supporting or owning the full project lifecycle from conception to implementation and tracking.Create compelling presentations to communicate progress, facilitate discussions, and support decision-making, providing recommendations in appropriate forums.Work with regional Retail sales teams to analyze performance related to initiatives and develop action plans.Conduct detailed data analysis, often involving large datasets and feedback from regional teams.Develop analytical models to support strategic and tactical decisions regarding incentives, sizing, and organization.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and develop a network of contacts across the business.Leverage technology (Tableau, Salesforce) to automate and standardize data processes.Key Interactions
