Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiation and closing—while driving strategy and overcoming objections. Engage SMB customers across industries to identify needs and match them with Microsoft’s cloud solutions. Drive customer success through upsell, cross-sell, and collaboration with specialists and partners. Clearly position Microsoft technologies against competitors and show customers the value and future impact. Qualify leads (e.G., BANT), convert them into opportunities, and build a strong revenue pipeline. Consistently hit sales targets: ~200 leads, 30 opportunities, and 60–90 activities per month. Use multiple channels (social, digital, phone, video, demos) to engage and manage customers.
