Key Responsibilities
* Develop new features for our group-wide Data & AI Cloud Platform or optimize and extend existing ones.
* Support operational tasks and enable platform users.
* Monitor and enhance the security of our platform and applications.
* Automate the deployment and management of components.
* Evaluate new data and AI technologies and integrate them into the existing ecosystem.
* Collaborate with other IT departments, engineers, data scientists, and business users to address challenges and solutions.
* Analyze new requirements and work on their design and implementation.
Required Skills
* Relevant professional experience in developing and implementing a cloud or on-premises platform for Data & AI applications.
* Passion for software development, architecture, and design, ideally with Python.
* Experience with various cloud services and tools (e.g., within Azure or GCP).
* Knowledge of larger SaaS/PaaS services such as Snowflake, Databricks, Kubernetes (AKS/GKE), or Confluent is a plus.
* A team player with good communication skills, comfortable with responsibilities and a fast-paced environment.
* Experience working in an agile environment and willingness to learn and grow continuously.
* Advanced English is required; German is a plus.
