Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Maintain relationships with key customers
Participate in annual negotiations and monitor the implementation of agreed trading conditions
Execute an annual customer plan to develop the potential of the categories (based on international core range and NPD)
Present and list new products in the assortment matrix of customers
Develop, coordinate, and implement the promotional grid and marketing standards of the company with customers
Additional Responsibilities
Execute Trade Marketing Budgets and Plans for KA, including the full Marketing Mix
Prepare sales reports and control budgets and investments
Forecast monthly sales volumes
Interactions (internal & external)
Collaborate with Local Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and Field Salesforce
Engage with Retailers, 3rd party Merchandising Companies
Coordinate with International Key Account Managers, sales, and brand groups
Qualifications:
Professional Experience and Education
University degree
2-3 years of FMCG Key Account Management experience
Specific Knowledge
Good knowledge and understanding of KA, customers, and competitors
Understanding of client P&L and activation strategies
Familiarity with key financial figures
Specific Skills
Strong communication skills
Analytical thinking
Negotiation skills
Ability to work in teams and independently
