Experteer Overview In this role you will lead corporate security initiatives at the Airbus San Pablo site, safeguarding personnel, assets, information and operations. You will act as a trusted focal point for regulatory compliance, security systems and incident investigations, shaping site security plans and overseeing fire service activities. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure robust protection and compliance with Spanish private security requirements. This is a hands-on, on-site leadership role offering impact across security programs and emergency readiness. Compensaciones / Ventajas • Create and review site security plans for internal and external facilities • Act as focal point for audits related to Corporate Security • Update security documentation, processes and policies • Coordinate processes related to export control, global security regulations and subcontracting • Support guarding contract management and supplier performance • Lead incident investigations and manage security system operations • Oversee fire service management and emergency response planning • Ensure maintenance and data integrity of security systems • Manage security systems budget (CAPEX and OPEX) • Support project execution for new buildings and infrastructure with security requirements • Coordinate emergency plans and staff training Responsabilidades • Bachelor or Technical/Engineering degree • Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency procedures • Team coordination and managerial skills • Willingness to work at both working sites • English C1 (spoken, reading, writing) Requisitos principales •
