We are looking for a Junior People Operations Specialist to join the team and support the efficient management of employment documentation, payroll coordination and people processes for customers. Collaborate across departments to ensure compliance, accurate record-keeping and effective support for employees in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
* Prepare contracts, addendums and employment-related documentation
* Communicate and coordinate documentation with payroll company
* Ensure paperwork is up to date for payroll taxation
* Resolve employee questions and concerns related to contractual, payroll and work permits paperwork
* Manage all types of leaves using legislation and internal tools
* Coordinate off-boarding activities and corresponding documentation
* Ensure employee database is up to date
* Participate in creation and implementation of people processes
* Ensure compliance with client requirements and related paperwork
Requirements
* High level of English and Spanish (speaking and writing)
* Dynamic and proactive person willing to collaborate across departments
* Organization and admin skills
* People skills and collaborative attitude
* Payroll, authorities and bureaucracy requirements knowledge
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) and competent internet user
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to share ideas
* Resilient, resourceful and punctual
Nice to have
* Relevant experience or knowledge in payroll, benefits, leave administration, relocation, mobility or People Operations (1 to 3 years)
* Flexible and agile, able to adapt to changing environments
* Enjoys working as part of an international, multi-cultural team
