Collaborating closely with the HR-IS team, Arxada enterprise architecture and security team, management, and staff, this role ensures that HR system architecture, particularly around SAP miniHR and payroll integration, supports Arxada’s broader business and HR strategies. A key focus is to simplify the overall HR systems landscape, with a strong emphasis on system integration and architecture across SAP, payroll, and interface management.This role does not handle day-to-day support, which remains with the RUN organization (managed by the HR-IS team), but instead focuses on new solution design, project delivery, interface architecture, and system optimization.Key Responsibilities :
Develop an IT Strategy & Roadmap for the HR landscape, including a critical investment plan aligned with Arxada HR's strategic priorities.Provide strategic consultation to business stakeholders to define and optimize HR system architecture, with a specific focus on SAP miniHR, payroll systems, and system interfaces.Assess the current HR system environment, identify integration points (e.G., Workday → SAP ECC, payroll → treasury), and recommend architectural improvements.Lead solution architecture efforts, define system requirements, manage technical designs, and ensure scalable, supportable, and cost-effective implementations.Coordinate with Technical Leads, Developers, and Architects to ensure alignment of solutions with enterprise standards and goals.Conduct market research and feasibility studies related to HR system improvements, including potential automation and modernization initiatives.Partner with key stakeholders across HR, IT, and Finance to improve payroll integration, system consistency, and data flow between HR platforms.Oversee the successful delivery of build projects and ensure smooth transitions to RUN teams for operational support.Serve as a strategic liaison between HR, Finance, and IT to ensure architectural integrity and ongoing system optimization.Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems analysis, or a related field (or equivalent experience).8+ years of experience in HR IT system design and architecture, including significant experience with SAP miniHR.Proven experience in payroll processes and integrations, particularly with interfaces involving SAP and treasury systems.Strong knowledge of HR technology landscapes and the ability to assess and define system roadmaps and integration strategies.Hands-on architectural experience with system interfaces and data flow design across complex HR and finance ecosystems.Workday experience is a plus, but not essential. Broader understanding of HR systems and trends is important.Effective at stakeholder communication, business partnering, and translating business needs into IT requirements.Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a strategic and hands-on approach.Ability to work across teams and build consensus to drive decisions and deliver impactful solutions.Arxada is an equal opportunity employer.
