About The Role
Professional site-based Project Manager responsible for the scope of works outside the primary construction site, which may include road networks, water supply lines, drainage lines, urbanisation green areas, and other associated works.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives.
- Delivering high-quality services and ensuring that project management deliverables meet Customers’ requirements and business procedures.
- Overseeing daily site activities for projects, including facilitating coordination meetings to ensure seamless integration with project objectives.
- Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including requests for information, technical submittals, change logs and issue trackers.
- Assisting in the preparation of progress reports, meeting minutes, and updates for stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Monitoring the project progress against the agreed schedule, proactively identifying risks or delays and escalating as necessary.
- Acting as the primary liaison with contractors, internal Customer’s and Gleeds’ teams, utility companies, and local municipalities to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Supporting onsite safety and compliance monitoring.
- Providing technical assessment and coordination for modular proposals from general contractors, facilitating approvals with architects, engineers and subject matter experts.
- Advising Directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or that might arise, on projects; in particular those that might impact on Gleeds professional indemnity (PI) insurance.

About The Candidate
Who we’re looking for:
Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills
- 5-8 years of experience in construction project management in Spain.
- Proven background in large infrastructure works.
- Familiarity with working alongside municipalities and utility companies is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills - both oral and written.
- Methodical way of thinking and approach to work.
- Sound ICT skills, with a high proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Eligible to work in Spain.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree.
