In a nutshell :
As an Industrial Consultant Cybersecurity, you will guide our customers in improving their cybersecurity posture in industrial and critical infrastructure environments. By positioning Siemens' global portfolio in OT (Operational Technology) cybersecurity, we protect Siemens and our customers worldwide. You will manage stakeholder expectations by translating technical concepts into business language to secure management buy-in for project progress.
This is your challenge :
* Drive delivery of cybersecurity consulting services, including gap and risk assessments, mitigation plans, and cybersecurity roadmaps.
* Collaborate within a community of 1300+ cybersecurity experts on comprehensive projects.
* Contribute to developing the cybersecurity portfolio by providing input on customer demands, market trends, and regulatory evolutions.
What we are looking for :
* A master’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, data science, or similar, with relevant work experience. Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree with extensive experience.
* Experience in industrial consulting is required; solid cybersecurity knowledge is advantageous.
* Familiarity with cybersecurity standards (e.g., IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIST CSF).
* Knowledge of ICS / OT environments.
* Understanding of cybersecurity controls and technologies (e.g., hardening, IDS, vulnerability management, network segmentation).
* Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., IEC 62443, CISSP, GICSP, CISA) are appreciated; willingness to obtain certifications is required.
* Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; high passion and team spirit.
* Willingness to travel (~10%) within Europe.
