Key Responsibilities Provide top‐note customer support in Spanish across various channels, including phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests related to our products and services
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records within our CRM system
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally to ensure maximum satisfaction
Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery
Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information
Requirements Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is highly desirable
Strong communication skills and a customer‐focused attitude
Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic work environment
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is advantageous
Proficient in using computer applications and navigating online platforms
