We are currently looking for a Customer Support Agent for our office in Malaga who is passionate about customer relationships. Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:
- Independent management of inquiries, claims and complaints from iGraal's ES support members via a Ticket System and social media- Complaints and reclamation management- Creation of solution in cooperation with IT and CRM- Management of Member Accounts and Payments- Termination processing incl. termination defense / customer recovery- Monitoring of support activities in terms of processing time and quality- Identification, analysis and defense of fraud cases in the context of fraud management- Creation of solution in cooperation with IT and CRM
We are a match if you have...- A strong Customer focus- A native level Spanish language- Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve unforeseen problems logically and strategically- A first professional experience (incl. internships) would be an asset- A good English level- Good knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector, with a clear enthusiasm for affiliate marketing, couponing and online shopping- Good partner relationship management skills
