**SUMMARY**
The FP&A; Analysis and Insights Ops Team provides excellent service as Business partners of the Finance Representatives and the Business in Continental Europe, Middle East and Africa, offering analysis of financial and operational data & KPIs, providing transparency of the financial data and identifying opportunities to improve business processes and decisions. Responsible for the financial planning process within the Ops Area.

FP&A; Senior Analyst - PageGroup SSC will be **responsible** for:
- Support the development and enhancement of the Group FP&A; strategy
- Business partnering: Build strong relationships with stakeholders in operations & Finance Business Partners
- Financial and Operational Analysis on how to grow the business
- Prepare and present Business cases to senior stakeholders: offer insights & provide ad-hoc analysis to influence/facilitate decisions
- Work on regional or group wide projects, as appropriate
- Identify process improvements and opportunities
- Owner of the Budget/Forecast process (Ops streams)
- Bonus pool monitoring
- Use expert knowledge of the Page Insights products
- Perform UATs to ensure improving data consistency and reports

FP&A; Senior Analyst - PageGroup SSC requires:
**Experience and Quealifications**
- Strong financial and business background. (MBA preferred)
- Experience of working at least 7 years in an FP&A;/Finance department (multi-national business)
- **Strong Excel, Power Point**, and financial modelling and data visualization skills
- Power BI knowledge would be beneficial
