Customer Satisfaction and Service Customer Relationship: (customer voice management, Service Value Demonstration)
Ensure successful project delivery and maintain network stability through risk management and strategy implementation.
Guide partner investment, evaluate capabilities, address gaps, and ensure consistent service quality.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
~8+ years of experience in the ICT industry.
~ Experience in service sales for enterprise or carrier networks.
~ Proven track record managing service solutions for major projects.
~ Fluent English (mandatory) to communicate with local customers and HQ teams.
