Job Summary We are seeking a talented, motivated engineer to bring new products to market while ensuring high quality of current products. The role involves designing, implementing, and verifying the Servo Drive product line and custom designs, requiring strong hardware skills and a deep understanding of motion control physics. Primary Responsibilities Develop and maintain hardware for Servo Drives. Design new custom and off-the-shelf Drives, including schematic and PCB development. Perform hardware board bring-up, system debugging, and optimization. Review and improve external documentation (manuals, datasheets). Enhance internal documentation (architecture, detailed design). Define test and verification plans in collaboration with QA. Required Experience, Education, Skills, and Competencies MS or PhD in Electrical or Industrial Engineering or related field. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Experience with electronic circuit design and assembly processes. Background in electrical power applications. Knowledge of electromagnetic interference (EMI). Experience with PCB/PCA manufacturing processes. Testing experience. Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
