Group product manager - transportation

You will lead a cross‑functional transportation product group—encompassing transportation management, route planning, optimization, and driver/vehicle technologies—and shape its strategy, roadmap, and delivery as a strategic partner to the Business.What You’ll Do- Lead a transportation product group with multiple product domains and Product Owners reporting to you.- Co‑own the vision and multi‑year roadmap for each domain, ensuring alignment with overall transportation strategy.- Co‑operate with peer Group Product Managers to align roadmaps, manage cross‑domain dependencies, and support end‑to‑end user experiences.- Own and evolve the transportation technology ecosystem, including route planning, integration of AI‑assisted capabilities, and driver/vehicle technologies.- Drive the integration of AI‑enabled features such as real‑time optimization, predictive disruption mitigation, and dynamic decision support.- Partner closely with operations, quality, regional stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to translate needs into product outcomes.- Guide product owners in prioritization, governance and disciplined delivery.What We’re Looking For- Proven experience leading enterprise‑scale transportation, logistics or supply‑chain technology products in global, regulated environments.- Experience managing or mentoring multiple product teams or product groups.- Strong understanding of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and route optimization platforms.- Demonstrated incorporation of AI, optimization or advanced analytics into operational products.- Excellent collaboration skills in matrixed, peer‑based leadership settings.Success Measures- Aligned, integrated roadmaps across TMS, route planning, and driver/vehicle technology domains.- High‑performing team of Product Owners with clear accountability.- Measurable improvements in routing efficiency, predictability and operational performance driven by AI.- Reduced fragmentation and increased standardization across global transportation technology.- Clear linkage between strategy, investment and business outcomes.Why JoinYou will lead a strategically critical product group at the heart of World Courier’s operations, shape enterprise‑wide product strategy, build a strong team, and help define responsible AI application in global healthcare logistics.How You’ll WorkYou will operate within a global, matrixed IT organization, collaborating with Design, Engineering, Delivery, QA and business stakeholders across time zones.
