An opportunity for a Quality Conformance Management has arisen within Airbus Operations, El Puerto de Santa Maria (Cadiz).
Responsibilities
Lead and drive the resolution of complex quality problems and continuous improvement projects by setting measurement standards.
Identify and facilitate improvements to increase operating process and product adherence to standards.
Improve process repeatability before any process changes and continuously throughout the life of the product.
Manage and improve environmental conditions in the halls.
Manage and implement action plans linked to product and process deviations.
Handle supplier quality management.
Improve KPIs set up.
Skills and Qualifications
Engineering degree.
Experience in Quality or Manufacturing Engineering.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Organized, proactive and structured.
Advanced level in English and Spanish.
