In the frame of Space Electronics Manufacturing area, as part of the extended Project Team will be in charge of:
* Definition of the Manufacturing documentation for every Assembly, as well as possible modifications and repairs according to the company PID and Quality Requirements.
* Support to Design for Manufacturing rules implementation, interfacing with Mechanical and Electrical Design.
* PCB review to guarantee the manufacturing feasibility in cost and quality.
* Part List (PL)/ Bill of Materials (BoM) review to guarantee feasibility of assemblies associated to each component.
* Manufacturing Flow Chart (MFC).
* Identification and definition of specific jigs and tools for manufacturing.
* Manufacturing File according to Assembly Drawing (AD), MFC, Declared Material List (DML) and Declared Process List (DPL).
* Assembly List (AL)/BoM according to the inputs generated by Mechanical Designers, AD and DML.
* Review of AD generated by Mechanical Designers and extraction of BOTTOM/TOP view of each module to complete the drawing.
* Define the detailed Manufacturing Instructions.
* Optimise the manufacturing flow.
* Preparation of manufacturing dossier instructions in the Manufacturing internal tools: (AIC, PAT, PLD...)
* Generation of Wave Selective Soldering Machine programs.
* Support the board manufacturing in the Shop Floor for any complementary information.
* Give inputs for the Non Conformities solution, during manufacturing.
* Participation in the definition of harmonised flows, processes, assemblies, footprints and materials among all sites.

Education and background requirements:
* Engineering degree.
* At least 5 years experienced in Manufacturing Engineering and Industrial Organization (Manufacturing Systems, Lean).
* High level of experience in a similar position in Electronics Space Manufacturing.
* Knowledge of ECSS requirements.
* High capacity to analyse the design definitions to turn them into simple and clear manufacturing instructions.
* Knowledge of ME IT tools: Windchill and SAP ME.

Airbus Crisa (CRISA, Computadoras, Redes e Ingeniería S.A.U.) is a Spanish company founded in 1985 to design and manufacture electronic equipment, systems and software for space applications, specialising mainly in satellites, launchers, orbital infrastructure and space transportation vehicles.
