Overview
Modern Work and Copilot Cloud Solution Architecture – Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) specializing in AI solutions, focusing on Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot.
Customer-facing role serving as a strategic trusted advisor and technical subject matter expert to accelerate AI adoption and change management, delivering business value and ROI.
This role is versátil in that you can work up to 50% from home.
Responsibilities
Be a trusted advisor and drive business value through AI transformation by translating customer challenges into actionable solutions aligned to high ROI outcomes, ensuring a seamless, connected experience that fosters satisfaction and long-term value.
Drive customer success by leading architectural design with business and technical decision makers to enable sustained usage of Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot, securing long-term renewal.
Leverage Agentic AI with Copilot prompt engineering and agent-building expertise to drive AI at scale.
Identify growth opportunities by partnering with technical and sales teams to develop tailored solutions that drive expansion and business value realization.
Accelerate the customer AI transformation journey by engaging with communities, sharing expertise, contributing to IP creation, prioritizing IP reuse, and learning from others to accelerate adoption.
Act as the voice of the customer by proactively sharing insights, feedback, and success stories to inform internal strategy and execution.
Demonstrate a self-learner mindset with continuous learning in Copilot Chat, Agents, M365 Copilot, value realization, and adoption/change management; maintain technical readiness aligned to CSU priorities.
Additional Responsibilities as CSA Copilot
Be the focal point between Microsoft and customer/partner for M365 Copilot adoption and end-user adoption (per BU).
Deliver Microsoft services for Copilot through Unified Support contracts.
Demonstrate Copilot M365 insights to showcase trends and business impact.
Advise on Adoption and Change Management plans (exec sponsorship, end-user targeting, content and activities).
Enable and demonstrate M365 Copilot insights and dashboards to understand usage trends and business impact.
Provide training sessions, use-cases, and support tailored for CxOs.
Support extensibility scenarios: envisioning, design sessions, scoping for pilots, PoCs, or handovers for implementation.
Establish feedback loops to Microsoft Product Group and Marketing; support unblocking technical issues with product teams.
Support Customer Success Club and MW events by delivering sessions as a subject matter expert.

Strong project management skills.
Ability to work with different cultures and customers.
Ability to communicate with diverse audiences, especially CxOs, with strong presentation skills.
Balance business acumen with adoption/change management and technical expertise in Copilot and agents.
Ability to lead and motivate technical communities and be a public speaker.
Ability to adapt to change and maintain a continuous learning mindset.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent; Fluency in English, French and/or German, Dutch; any third language is appreciated.

Experience
Relevant experience in customer-facing roles and working with Customer Success teams.
Experience in systems development, network operations, software support, or IT consulting.
Proven track record in planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing M365 solutions.
Analytical problem-solving and ability to explain complex topics to technical and business decision makers.
Strong relationship-building with senior IT and business decision makers; excellent verbal and written communication in French and English.
Change management, transformation, trusted advisory, and customer-focus skills to influence adoption of M365.
Journey mapping skills; ability to design customer solutions and lead presentations and workshops with BDMs and ITDMs.
Experience managing stakeholder relationships and driving value propositions to achieve consensus on solutions/projects.
Technical subject matter expertise in at least three of the following: Large-scale Microsoft 365, M365 Security and compliance, Copilot for M365, Copilot chat, Agent creation/governance, Copilot Studio, M365 Apps (Teams, VIVA), Teams deployment, SharePoint Online & Search indexing; relevant cloud certifications.
