The RoleAs we scale our global operations, we are looking for a Head of Business Systems & Platforms to own, govern, and evolve our entire digital ecosystem.This is a senior, cross-functional role reporting directly to the CEO. We need a Systems Architect who understands that technology should be the primary lever for business scalability.
Key Responsibilities:You will be the bridge between our business strategy and technology execution. Your goal is to ensure that our systems enable scalable growth, operational efficiency and commercial insight.
Platform Governance: Act as the executive owner of Salesforce. You will define the architecture, eliminate technical debt, and ensure long-term system integrity.Operational Excellence: Lead the digitalization of our physical operations.Process Automation: Map and redesign workflows across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to replace manual tasks with scalable, automated solutions.Strategic Roadmapping: Own the website functionality and booking engine roadmap, optimizing for both UX and commercial conversion.Vendor Authority: Act as the ultimate technical lead in managing our external development partners and vertical SaaS providers.
Requirements:Systems Thinker: 7+ years in business systems, CRM architecture, or platform leadership.Salesforce Expert: Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture and its ability to drive operational efficiency. Admin-level fluency with an Architect mindset.Hands-on Systems Architect: You are comfortable defining high-level strategy but also have the technical depth to oversee (and personally configure) complex solutions.Vendor Management: Ability to act as the ultimate technical authority when managing external partners and developers.Process Engineering: Skilled at mapping business workflows and transforming them into automated digital solutions.Full professional English proficiency.Location: Based in Sitges (Hybrid model).
