Receptionist – Student supportBarcelona Technology School is looking for an international Receptionist – Student support to join a fresh and dynamic Team.As a Receptionist / Student Support, you will play a vital role in fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for our international students. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Front Desk Operations: Greeting visitors, students, and faculty with a warm and friendly demeanor, answering phone calls, and managing inquiries in a professional manner and handle campus logistics.Student Assistance: Providing support to international students regarding admissions, course registrations, visa issues, housing arrangements, and any other general inquiries they may have.Multilingual Support: Assisting non-English speaking students by providing language support or coordinating with interpreters when needed.Administrative Tasks: Maintaining and updating student records, managing appointment schedules, managing accounting and billing records and handling incoming and outgoing mail.Collaborative Coordination: Working closely with other university departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient student support services.Orientation Support: Assisting in organizing orientation programs for new international students to help them acclimate to university life and the local culture.Event Support: Supporting the coordination and execution of events hosted by the Office of International Affairs.We would love to hear about you if you have the following skills:Minimum 2 years of experience in similar rollsExperience managing several projects at the same time.Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.Sensitive touch to meet the requirements of the student’s team.Focused on detail and customer service.Good management of Microsoft office tools.Ability to complete tasks in tight deadlines.
