What will your day-to-day look like?
* Manage daily transportation operations, addressing and resolving incidents.
* Transmit daily route information to driving staff.
* Maintain quality control of our services, focusing on vehicle condition and cleanliness (including handling breakdowns, accidents, delays, etc.).
* Foster and maintain good relationships with assigned drivers, creating a positive work environment.
* Handle recruitment of additional staff when necessary.

What do we expect from you?

We are looking for proactive, collaborative individuals eager to learn and contribute to a leading and growing project. The ideal profile includes:

* Training in Transport and Logistics.
* Intermediate level of English (B2).
* Previous experience in similar roles.
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment and assume responsibilities.
* Proficiency with MS365 and Google Suite.
