What you need to have
* Bilingual Spanish–English proficiency (with Spanish at a native or near-native level).
* Strong scientific writing skills in Spanish and a background in developing regulatory and/or medical marketing documents.
* Proactive communicator, able to flag risks related to capacity, timelines, and dependencies.
* High accuracy, structured work style, and the ability to manage shifting priorities.
* Additional languages (French or Italian) or a creative visual storytelling mindset are strong pluses.
What you will do
* Ensure high quality scientific content development through rigorous writing and quality control activities, including precise referencing, accuracy and data verification checks, and compliance with medical, legal, and regulatory requirements.
* Translation of existing materials into Spanish, requiring native language proficiency.
* Independently review regulatory and medical marketing documents for accuracy and impact, providing recommendations for improvement as needed.
* Ability to adapt efficiently across multiple tasks based on evolving account needs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
