Are you our new Finance Administrator, ready to strengthen the financial heart of MS Mode?
We’re looking for an accurate, eager, and enthusiastic colleague who gets energy from numbers, payments, and international collaboration.
About the role
As a Finance Administrator, you are an essential link within our Finance team. You ensure that all payments and invoices are processed smoothly and accurately — from salaries to supplier payments.
You’ll gain great insight into the financial flows within MS Mode, giving you a clear view of what’s happening throughout our organization.
You’ll work closely with your four Finance colleagues, the Controlling team, and our Buyers. In addition, you’ll have regular contact with international suppliers, especially in the Far East. This makes the role both varied and challenging!
Your key responsibilities
* Process payments (salaries, creditors, VAT, and payroll tax);
* Process bank statements and transactions;
* Handle goods invoices for clothing purchases from the Far East based on purchase orders;
* Maintain and update the cash planning: determine what gets paid when, based on budget and priorities;
* Communicate with international suppliers (mainly in English) regarding payments and invoices;
* Reconcile E-commerce sales and payments;
* Support ad hoc Finance tasks when needed.
What you bring
* A completed MBO/HBO degree in a financial field;
* 1–2 years of work experience, or for example two internships of six months each;
* Strong command of English (required);
* Dutch is a plus, as you’ll join a Dutch-speaking team;
* Proficiency in Excel and Outlook; experience with SAP is a plus;
* You work accurately, have strong numerical insight, and a keen eye for detail;
* You’re flexible, a true team player, and open to thinking beyond your own tasks.
