As ERP Product Owner for Record to Report, you will shape and deliver the core finance solution within a newly formed internal IT team. You drive functional design on Oracle Fusion Cloud (GL, AP, AR) and ensure alignment with IFRS, SOX, and local GAAP. You work closely with Finance and IT to refine requirements, challenge integrator deliverables, and later own enhancements in run & evolve mode. This role blends hands-on analysis with system configuration, offering meaningful impact on global finance standardization and controls. The opportunity sits at the heart of a finance transformation, with a chance to influence architecture and processes across the R2R scope.

• Lead or co-lead workshops with Finance stakeholders to capture and refine requirements
• Design and document functional solutions for core finance modules (GL, AP, AR)
• Review and challenge functional designs, configurations, and test scenarios delivered by the integrator
• Ensure solution designs leverage Oracle standard functionalities and meet operational needs
• Own the delivery of functional enhancements (new entities, accounting rules, payment formats)
• Act as the functional reference for complex R2R topics and issue resolution
• Contribute to integration design and end-to-end testing (SIT, UAT), ensuring data integrity and controls
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, SOX, local GAAP, and internal control requirements
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience in ERP functional roles
• Hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion Finance, especially GL, AP, AR
• Hybrid role experience: requirements workshops, solution design, and system configuration
• Strong understanding of financial controls, accounting principles, and compliance frameworks
• Problem-solving mindset with ownership through resolution
• Strong collaboration with Finance, IT, and external partners; English communication
