We are seeking our first marketing hire to drive impact within the industry, reaching more schools and students in need of our solutions.
What you will do
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in Spain. This role is ideal for someone eager to attract quality leads, strengthen our brand's position, improve conversions, and build trust.
As the first marketing hire, you'll shape Esemtia's marketing approach and have growth opportunities as the business expands. We value proactive, eager learners who enjoy completing impactful work.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is remote within Spain.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Marketing: Develop and manage marketing strategies and budgets to attract, engage, and convert leads; set measurable objectives; collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams; oversee multi-channel campaigns; partner on lead nurturing and scoring mechanisms.
2. Brand Credibility & Trust: Own and refine brand positioning and messaging; increase awareness related to primary and early childhood education; optimize SEO and traffic channels; manage review profiles; ensure brand consistency.
3. Content Strategy & Thought Leadership: Manage website content and SEO; create diverse content (blogs, testimonials, social media); experiment with new formats like videos and podcasts.
4. Performance Tracking & Optimisation: Establish KPIs; implement tracking; analyze and report performance; stay updated on industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
What we are looking for
* Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
* 3-5 years experience in marketing, preferably in SaaS and B2B; experience in education sector is a plus
* Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies
* Strong brand building, content marketing, and engagement skills
* Experience with CMS, especially Elementor, is a plus
* Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.
* Experience managing freelancers and hosting webinars or events is advantageous
