**Requirements**:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.

- 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a focus on transformation, change management, or strategic consulting. Experience in the healthcare, retail, or technology sectors is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
