Take ownership of your store with an entrepreneurial spirit, developing and sharing your store vision and being accountable for resultsPlay an active role in supporting your team on the sales floor, to drive individual and team objectivesDesign, lead and drive store strategy to achieve the best sales performance and key performance indicators, by understanding client desires and creating a hand-crafted 360°experience for the clientRole model best in class sales and self-leadership by playing an active role within the team, and also take action to solve problems with positive outcomesCoach the growth and development of the team in providing excellent and specialized customer service to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives as well as to ensure the application of Ferragamo standards (Selling Ceremony, Visual guidelines, Grooming standards, procedures etc.)Conduct regular reviews with the team including department managers to increase team performance and further develop their skillsKeep momentum going towards long-term strategy despite short-term pressures while developing strategic plans to achieve long-term store and organizational goals
Languages:
Proficiency in Spanish and English, more languages will be advantageous.Designer Outlet Malaga
