Department Overview:
The HR Operations team provides first point of contact generalist HR assistance to the specific markets, overseeing the administration of contracts, leavers, payroll processes, and HRIS database management, among other responsibilities.
What You'll Do:
* Manage the complete HR operational administration lifecycle, including contracts, leaver documents, and personnel files.
* Coordinate with retail stores and payroll to ensure accurate tracking of sick leave, holiday administration, and timesheets.
* Handle employee grievances, disciplinary investigations, and performance-related cases.
* Ensure company policies comply with local legislation and are well communicated.
* Maintain T&A and Workday systems, manage visas, and oversee occupational health and benefits administration.
You'll Need to Have:
* Minimum 3 years of HR administrator or payroll experience in Spain or Portugal.
* Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
* Experience with Workday and T&A systems preferred.
* Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.
* Fast learner, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
