Strategic Business Development Representative
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Strategic Business Development Representative to play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence.
You will be responsible for:
* Identifying and prospecting strategic customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media;
* Qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, and partnering with our Strategic Sales Team;
* Developing and executing targeted outreach strategies to engage potential clients;
* Collaborating with the sales team to understand target markets and ideal customer profiles;
* Supporting the sales team in customer meetings and in achieving and exceeding quota targets;
* Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system;
* Representing Trimble at Industry events and staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in Inside / Outside Sales roles in SaaS enterprise software, experience in Logistics is recommended;
* A hunter mindset, experienced in building relationships with strategic customers;
* Active listening skills, able to start and manage a lively conversation with excellent communication and presentation skills;
* The ability to work both independently and as part of an international team;
* Ability to interact positively and productively with decision makers at all levels;
* Knowledge of CRM software, experience with Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Gong is a plus;
* The willingness to drive effective cross-functional teamwork with Marketing and Sales to create new business opportunities;
* Fluent English language skills, any additional language would be an advantage.
