Experteer Overview In this role you will lead IT services for Transformer Production Planning and Operations, shaping the digital backbone of Hitachi Energy’s manufacturing network. You’ll partner with general teams to improve end-to-end processes, data flows and IT service delivery across multiple sites. You will drive vendor management, project delivery and a multi-year roadmap to boost efficiency and quality in production. This is a hands-on opportunity to influence technologies powering a critical manufacturing segment. - Lead multinational teams delivering IT services for Transformer Production Planning and Operations
- Manage vendor contracts and deliverables; plan budgets and develop strategic roadmaps
- Work with business on change requests backlog and coordinate with vendors
- Define, plan and execute new projects in the portfolio
- Support end-to-end process excellence and data flow improvements across systems
- Collaborate on integrations and automations with support teams
- Facilitate governance meetings (CAB, updates, team sessions)
- Ensure applications comply with IT Governance and Cyber Security standardsResponsabilidades
- 5+ years of Manufacturing IT experience
- 3+ years of SAP MM and PP module experience
- 3-5 years of IT project and application team management
- Knowledge of finance, budgeting and financial reporting
- Effective communication with business users and technical teams
