YouTube Channel Manager (Multi-Client) – Part-time
We are looking for a smart, experienced and awesome YouTube Channel Manager (Multi-Client) to support one of our Rockstar clients!
Responsibilities
* Work intimately with clients during the content creation phase, understanding the essence of their messages and identifying key segments from recorded calls to craft impactful videos.
* Oversee the entire video management process, including identifying key content, supervising editing, optimizing publishing, and ensuring adherence to best practices for videos, thumbnails, titles, etc.
* Implement and manage A/B testing for different channel elements using data-driven approaches to recommend improvements and analyze channel and video performance for actionable insights.
* Manage both long-form and short-form content, adapting strategies for different formats to ensure maximum potential is achieved for each type of content.
* Drive consistent growth and engagement for clients by understanding varied audiences and content types, leveraging YouTube best practices and analytics to meet these goals.
What You Will Succeed In
* 1-4 years experience as a YouTube Channel Manager, with a track record in managing multiple channels and optimizing video content.
* Fluency in English, with exceptional time management, project management, and strategic planning abilities.
* Skilled in video content analysis, knowledgeable in A/B testing, YouTube analytics, SEO, and other optimization techniques.
* Creative and analytical mind with the ability to distill valuable content from various sources and craft compelling video narratives.
* Strong communication and effective collaboration skills for working with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Additional Requirements
* Minimum Experience:
Applicants should have at least 1-4 years in a similar role, focusing on content analysis, video optimization, and performance analytics.
