Senior Sales Manager

At Urban Campus, we provide high-end accommodation and a smooth digital booking experience for our tenants.

We work with Institutional Investors to help them build residences with shared areas and services. We manage these residences on their behalf.

This role involves managing a part-time sales development representative (SDR) and a Sales Manager to support the Asset Management team in growing the Spanish resident market.

You will work closely with Lorena, Head of Asset Management at Urban Campus, to enhance asset performance and define relevant sales strategies.

Your key responsibilities include Sales Execution and Strategy and Management.

Sales Execution:

* Guide new leads through the sales process from initial video calls to finalizing bookings.
* Communicate with potential clients via email, phone, and video calls.
* Assist clients with booking requirements and inquiries.
* Maintain an updated acquisition funnel in HubSpot.

B2C and B2B Sales:

* B2C: Guide new leads through the sales process from initial video calls to finalizing bookings. Communicate with potential clients via email, phone, and video calls. Assist clients with booking requirements and inquiries. Maintain an updated acquisition funnel in HubSpot.
* B2B: Identify, attract, and close new partnerships. Develop long-term accommodation partnerships with companies and business schools.

Strategy and Management:

* Track and report key sales KPIs.
* Manage and coordinate a Sales Manager and a junior part-time SDR.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
* Control and continuously optimize sales processes and tools.
* Set up sales processes and tools for new buildings.
* Monitor the quality of commercial processes.

Requirements:

* 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in both B2C and B2B.
* Full fluency in English and Spanish is required.
* Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
* Strong analytical skills, data-driven approach, and reporting abilities are key to this position.
* Entrepreneurial spirit and flexibility to adapt to change.
* Great presentation and communication skills.
* Good leadership skills and interest in managing and helping a team grow.
