Reporting to : New Product Launch Manager
Job Profile : A New Product Launch Officer will be responsible for their own portfolio, where each project shall be analyzed and delivered as per agreed terms, timelines, and signed contracts. The NPL officer shall follow up on the entire purchase order process from placement to delivery, providing all necessary approvals and requirements to respective teams. Understanding the registration procedure is key to defining the best launch strategy and aligning with the customer on its terms and conditions.
Job Role and Key Responsibilities :
* Portfolio responsibility as per agreed budget, including portfolio analysis by product / customer.
* Ensure timely status updates and requirements for each project.
* Manage end-to-end order processing : order entry, acknowledgment, communication with the plant, and provision of all requirements.
* Ensure correct product / customer setup in the system as per signed contracts / agreements.
* Coordinate planning and manufacturing on time.
* Follow the process until goods are delivered at the destination.
* Coordinate with EU sites if required (secondary packaging / testing / release / import).
* Keep the customer informed about project status.
* Update local systems.
* Provide sales, project status, and regional reports on a monthly basis.
* Facilitate weekly updates between the commercial office and plants.
* Consolidate demands and timelines.
* Align systems between the commercial office and the plant.
* Participate in operational meetings and regular project updates (internal and external).
* Coordinate pending activities between all departments to meet the common goal of delivering on time and in full.
* Acknowledge and follow up on customer complaints.
* Monitor forecasts to identify changes or determine their effect on supply chain activities.
* Assist in implementing new or improved supply chain processes.
Person Specification :
* Minimum 4 years of experience in Supply Chain / Customer Service.
* Experience in the Pharma sector.
* Project management experience is a plus.
* Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
* Proficient in MS Office.
* Basic SAP skills.
