We are the most local of global companies. We are recruiting a Senior Legal Counsel Channel to join our Global Legal Team and be responsible for providing legal and compliance support to our Iberia/ Italy operations.

You will be responsible for delivery of legal, regulatory and compliance services. You will operate as a key business partner to provide strategic support and advice, working on a wide range of commercial and compliance matters with a focus on our Channel (indirect) Business. Helping to ensure compliance with applicable laws and Group policies
Providing training and facilitating our compliance programs
Monitoring and implementing regulatory requirements.
Travel may include some overnight stays.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable with working in a digital environment, feels strongly about social justice and sustainability. Our future colleague must be able to work proactively and closely with the business stakeholders, to identify and analyse critical business issues, and to apply legal expertise to deliver solutions.
You should have excellent legal and communication skills and be:
A fully qualified lawyer authorized to practice in Spain and/or Italy with a Master of Laws degree or equivalent and at least eight (8) years' relevant PQE in commercial law (with a focus on indirect/channel/reseller business), preferably in a Hi-tech, Oil & Energy, Construction or Renewables & Environment sector. Native in Spanish and/or Italian, fluent in English (written and verbal) with great technological skills
Confident with fantastic interpersonal skills, commercially minded, highly organized and able to work effectively in teams.
