As a Microsoft Specialist in Ferrovial’s IT Workplace team, you will design, operate and optimize Azure-based virtualization and identity platforms. You enable scalable, automated environments and advance AIOps and intelligent monitoring. You manage Microsoft Entra ID, hybrid AD, and SSO for secure access across internal and partner ecosystems in a regulated context. This role supports global collaboration and cross-unit initiatives, shaping how Ferrovial leverages cloud and identity technologies to move the world together.

• Architect, deploy and operate Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Windows 365 environments
• Manage large Azure VM environments ensuring performance, availability, and scalability
• Define growth and capacity models for virtualized platforms
• Improve build/configuration processes to increase automation and standardization
• Define and supervise Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity environments
• Manage users, groups, roles, permissions and policies for development/testing
• Implement and support SSO integrations with Microsoft 365, Intune, internal and partner systems
• Support identity federation and access enablement for external organizations
• Participate in SOX controls and audits related to identity and directory services
• Collaborate with Security and Cloud teams on identity-related incidents and risk management
• Define automation/workflows to optimize platform management, maintenance and performance
• Contribute to adoption of AIOps principles
Responsabilidades
• Around 5 years of experience in Microsoft-based infrastructure or cloud xpzdshu environments
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Virtualization platforms
• Experience in corporate IT environments with security and compliance requirements
• Solid troubleshooting skills and understanding of cloud infrastructure architecture
• Advanced English (B2/C1) for collaboration with international teams
