Engage teams across functions to ensure active involvement and seamless deployment.Define and monitor project scope, budget, and schedule within quality and functional constraints.Identify dependencies, manage risks, and resolve issues collaboratively.Lead Project Steering Committees and coordinate project streams.Prepare tailored reports with KPIs for stakeholders.Support business readiness, deployment, adoption, and post-go-live support.Ensure project alignment with methodologies and standards.Facilitate retrospectives and share lessons learned.Your ProfileSkills and ExperienceMinimum 10 years in Project / Program management, preferably in large / international projects.Knowledge of Process design and Systems Architecture.Experience with Agile frameworks;
