Requirements

* 5+ years of partner-facing, quota-carrying experience in business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales within a high-growth SaaS environment
* Proven ability to drive sales from lead generation to closure, negotiate agreements, and build lasting partnerships
* Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and explain them clearly verbally and in writing
* University degree
* Willingness to travel up to 25% (when possible)

Nice to have :

* Experience in automation, integration, RPA, or data & analytics
* Fluency in German, French, or other European languages

* Self-starter capable of driving projects from start to finish
* Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
* Excellent interpersonal skills, high energy, enthusiasm, team-oriented, strong collaborator
* Great copywriting and presentation skills
* Ability to manage projects with limited resources and tight budgets
* Structured, logical thinker, even under pressure

Responsibilities

* Develop and implement the EMEA partner strategy
* Identify, recruit, and onboard partners across the region
* Activate partners through training, planning, and joint GTM activities
* Host strategic partner QBRs
* Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and marketing teams
* Meet and exceed partner-sourced ARR targets
