We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations & Copywriting to strengthen execution across CRM systems, copywriting and campaign delivery.
This is a hands-on execution role focused on implementation and precision.
Role Overview
You will support the day-to-day execution of marketing operations, manage CRM organization, build email campaigns, write copy and assist with course launch campaigns.
This role requires strong working knowledge of HubSpot and comfort operating inside marketing tools.
Key Responsibilities
⚙️ Marketing Operations
Maintain and organize HubSpot CRM (lists, tags, segmentation, workflows)
Ensure email sequences and automations are functioning correctly
Maintain funnel hygiene (links working, assets properly connected)
Build and launch email campaigns within HubSpot
Track and report key metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions)
Support daily marketing execution tasks across channels
✍️ Copywriting & Messaging
Write and edit email campaigns (newsletters, course launches, webinars, promotions)
Draft ad copy variations in collaboration with design
Write educational company blogs
Update website and landing page copy (headlines, sections, CTAs)
Adapt messaging across channels while maintaining clarity and consistency
Optimize copy based on performance feedback
Campaign & Launch Support
Support execution of course launches and promotional campaigns
Coordinate timelines and assets with team members
Assist with A/B testing and campaign optimizations
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and according to plan
Required Qualifications
University degree from a Spanish institution
Strong professional English (written and spoken)
Hands-on experience using HubSpot (CRM management, email campaigns, segmentation)
Experience executing email marketing campaigns
Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline
Ability to manage deadlines with accuracy in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns
Experience in online education or digital course businesses
Startup experience
Comfort reviewing and interpreting campaign performance data
