What You'll Do:· Collaborate on the Criteo Growth Analytics roadmap, enabling full funnel and customer insights measurement · Create, package, and maintain Growth Marketing reports and dashboards used both for campaign performance measurement and optimization, revenue measurement and communication to senior stakeholders · Leverage SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools to create and maintain reports. When necessary, partner with IT and BI teams to build project plans on reporting enhancements and ensure timely delivery · Conceptualize and lead ad hoc analyses to deepen our understanding of performance drivers and customer behavior, including custom attribution models · Provide insightful interpretations of results, ensure reports are rolled-out and adopted by your teammates and senior stakeholders · Support campaign managers on ideating a campaign architecture that allows tracking the needed data points to be able to assess campaign performance in line with its KPIs (Key Performance Indicator) · Support the planning and tracking of campaigns via Salesforce, Pardot, Zapier and ad platforms. · Create, manage, and automate dashboards in Salesforce and B2BMA to create insight and recommendations for continuous monitoring and optimization of campaigns. Who You Are:· 3-5 years' experience in a similar position where you have designed and built automated reporting for a B2B Marketing function · Experience in the Ecommerce or SaaS businesses a plus · Familiarity with experimental design and strategic insights not only strong marketing analytics background but ability to drive insights from data (usage and behavior), understand data for strategy purpose. Ask the why questions and translate that into next steps. · Experience with core Ecommerce, Marketing performance metrics and attribution models · Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or other BI tools – a BI/data engineering background is a plus. · A data visualization expert – someone who can take a business question and visualize the results to impactfully tell a story with data · Excellent communication and presentation skills are required · Must have the combination of technical skills, passion for learning, and a personality capable of dealing with strong characters in a dynamic environment · Good understanding of marketing campaign performances · Working knowledge with CRM programs
