Position Overview
In our growing Systems division, delivering Integrated Logistic Support is crucial to meet our Customers' program requirements. The ILS Manager will define and implement the service and support capabilities for products, systems, and customer projects, ensuring compliance with contractual and service level agreements. The role is based in Madrid.
Your Responsibilities
* Act as Project Manager for all ILS disciplines on assigned programs.
* Support during offer preparation phases.
* Define, plan, coordinate, monitor, and report on ILS milestones and KPIs (e.g., LSA, Tech Pubs, Obsolescence Management, Training).
* Ensure customer requirements related to services and ILS are fulfilled.
* Design to support, strengthening the link between Services and Engineering to optimize system supportability.
* Select and manage local ILS suppliers and subcontractors.
* Coordinate and prepare for service entry with the Service Transition team.
Your Qualifications
* Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Leadership skills with the ability to communicate and influence stakeholders.
* Deep knowledge of end-to-end ILS processes and standards.
* Minimum 10 years of technical and project management experience in mature ILS projects.
* Proficiency in MS Office and ILS tools like Eagle, Arbortex Editor, Windchill.
* Structured, reliable working approach.
* Team player with initiative and problem-solving skills.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
